Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms form an agreement between you and Creator Dash. Creating an account, or using any public profile hosted on Creator Dash, means you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Creator Dash is a tool for building and customizing a public creator profile page — a single link that lists your other platforms, plays a track, and reflects a theme you fully control — plus a dashboard with analytics on your profile’s visitors.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Creator Dash. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
• One account per person, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Content

You own everything you upload or write to Creator Dash — your bio, images, and links. By posting content, you grant Creator Dash permission to host, display, and operate that content as part of running your public profile page. Nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Creator Dash to:

• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
• Harass, threaten, or bully others.
• Upload or distribute malware or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or to any part of the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service in bulk without authorization.
• Artificially inflate profile views, link clicks, or the homepage leaderboard, or otherwise manipulate analytics.

Content may be removed, or accounts suspended, for violating this section.

6. Third-party integrations

Linking a third-party account (GitHub, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Twitch, or Discord) is optional and depends on that platform being available. Each platform is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy, and Creator Dash is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service. Only the minimum access needed to display your public username, avatar, and profile link is requested, and any connection can be removed at any time.

7. Termination

You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Creator Dash may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Some information may be retained after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Creator Dash is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or entirely free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Dash and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Creator Dash harmless from any claim, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the service or from content you upload.

11. Privacy Policy

Creator Dash collects and processes information necessary to provide the service, including account information, connected platform information, profile content, and analytics data. By using Creator Dash, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Creator Dash after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
